| Program: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Training and Certification Program. A comprehensive learning programme with concepts, case studies, exercises, assessments and examination, Certification Examination will be held on the last day of the course.. |
| The course is designed in accordance with the relevant Six Sigma Green Belt Body of knowledge. |
| Duration: Green Belt(2 weekends) , Black Belt(5 weekends) . |
| Timings: The tentative times of the program are 9 AM to around 6.00 PM. Earlier

| What are the differences in the course contents between Green Belt and Black Belt Certification Programs? |
| Green Belt program is a basic course and covers the basic methodology and the most common tools and techniques used in Six Sigma. The Certified Green Belt can handle small projects under the guidance of the Black Belt. |
| Black Belt program is an advanced course and provides exposure and competence in advanced tools and statistical techniques that are used in bigger and complicated projects. |
| Is it mandatory to complete the Green Belt course for taking up the Black Belt certification? |
| It is not mandatory but it is desirable to complete a Green belt course before the Black belt certification. However, the course to be selected would depend on the requirements of the candidate, his background / experience, time availability, effort which can be in the program, career plan, etc. |
